These pants fit reasonably well. I'm a 32 inch waist and I went with the medium and they fit fine. The included knee armor was too uncomfortable to use. The pads were placed where they should be right over my knees but they just didn't bend easily enough to be comfortable. There really isn't much air flow with these while riding a sport bike, the mesh areas on the thighs are simply mashed up against the bike when your knees are tight to the tank. I was hoping for more flow for hot days which is why I purchased them.
