The hardest part about installing the hitch on my 2001 Honda CRV was was working around the muffler, which I couldn't remove because of rusted bolts. That made things very awkard to reach. It was necessary to use a flat file (and a cold chisel on the muffler side) to widen the holes to insert the washer plate and bolt into the frame. Hint: widen the holes sideways (right and left rather than front and back). On my year and model it didn't take too much of an added opening to get them to slip in. The wire to attach to the end of the bolt to pull the bolt and back through once inserted into the frame worked really slick. The rest of the install was very easy. The hitch works fine, and is inobtrusive. Most of the consumer Reviews tell that the "Hidden Hitch 60907 Class I Hitch Receiver" are high quality item.
