I had a pair of these speakers in a custom radio i build for work. Basically a 4 ft tall wooden box on wheels with car audio in it. Had it hooked up to a kenwood cd player and a set of kenwood 5 way 6x9's. They sound good, nice bass. Sometimes it had kind of a echo to it but i dont know if that might of been just because it was in a box and not in a car like it is intended for. I sold these to a guy i work with and bought another set of the kenwood 5 way 6x9's so my radio would all match. The guy i work with has the same kenwood radio as me, the memphis 6x9's and a set of memphis 6.5's and his sounds awesome. Its louder than mine for sure. Also good sound quality at high levels.
