My initial delivery didn't allow enough depth to support the stock wheel from my 2000 Econoline e250 without the wheel rubbing against the bracket. I took pictures and contacted TrucknVans and they were very nice offered to fabricate an modified version of the bracket with the mounting surface located on the opposite side of the tubular steel frame. With some time, it eventually arrived. I had wheel studs welded in at my local shop and now I've got a perfect way to store my spare that isn't under the body and easy to reach when needed. On smaller vans the original bracket should work fine but I can't say for sure. I'd ask for dimensions from them before ordering in the future.
