I had a small issue with the mirror that I bought. I could not get their customer service departmentto answer and email or voice mail. I finally sent in a review that was somewhat disparaging. Within 2 hours I was contacted and we were working thru the problem. I tried a couple of things that they suggested I do to remedy the problem, but they didn't work. I last talked to a cutomer service person on September 12th and they were supposed to send me a replacement mirror. Somebody dropped the ball again. The phone number that I was given, nobady answers . The email I sent thru Amazon doesn't elicite a response. It is now Oct 19th and I am frustrated that I can not get any type of response fro Best Price Mirror. And the sad thing about the whole deal is I really like the product, but it might no last much longer.
