Got the unit yesterday and had it put on the truck today. No installation problems and the fit and finish are much better than the brand installed by the factory (Draw-Tite). Makes my hitch look gnarly now so I'll probably freshen that up too. 2" ball on a '99 GMC. Great price and cheap insurance after seeing rusty welds and scale on the old one.

UPDATE

Just towed the boat with this new unit for the first time. Noticed the plates to hold the safety chains seem more substantial than the metal loops of the old Draw-Tite. The way the slots are cut it appears as though the chain hooks are less likely to ever bounce out.
