The jacket is a great price for the quality. There are pads on the elbow, lower and upper arm, shoulders, and back. It also has thick material that is almost like a pad on the stomach. It also has 2 removable liners, so it keeps you very warm with it all together. With the liners out, it breaths great. I am 165lbs, and 5'11" and got a Large, and it fits perfect. It also has inside and outside pockets (I don't use the outside ones, because the zipper broke on my first jacket, and it is a bit hard to get to it with gloves on. However, the inner pocket has a pencil holder, a cell phone pocket, and more. I feel pretty secure with all the armor and the thick material. I would recommend it, as it could easily sell for twice the amount it does.
