This item is a must if you have a stock seat. After my last 900km ride, over 2 days, I was so sore I didn't want to go for the long rides.
I did a search for something better without having to spend $400+ on a new seat and came up with this.
What a difference. Just did a 600km ride and the day was comfortable and and smooth, although there is still a bit of soreness, but nothing like the ride before, easily bearable and comfortable. I won't ride without it.
